(Please elaborate in at least 175 words): I believe I can bring a calm and reliable presence to the staff team while still being approachable to players who need help. I’m good at listening to both sides of a situation before jumping to conclusions, which helps keep things fair and reduces unnecessary drama. I try to stay active and aware of what’s happening on the server, and I’m not afraid to step in when something feels off. I also work well with others and can take feedback without getting defensive, because I know staff is about teamwork not ego. Overall I just want to help keep the server fun, fair, and welcoming for everyone.

Why do you want to join the staff team? (Please provide a detailed response of at least 175 words):I want to join the staff team because I genuinely enjoy this server and the community around it. I’ve spent a lot of time here and I’d like to give back by helping keep things fair and enjoyable for everyone. I don’t just want the role for the title, I want the responsibility that comes with it and the chance to help players when they need it. I think being staff is about supporting the server and making sure people actually want to keep coming back.

(Please write at least 150 words):I like gaming and play different genres of games and a lot of games so I probably will set some of my priority's somewhere else some times but I can still accompany this server if it ever needs help I also spend a lot of time with family so yeah.
